Scope
This document covers: 1. Procedure to generate Ericsson KPIs 2. Counters to create Core, GPRS, Radio KPIs 3. KPIs counters descriptions It does NOT cover: 1. Platform dependency procedure 2. Business objects installation and configurations
Applies to:
1. Performance Management Team 2. Network Optimization Team
Frequency
The procedures in this document will be carried out once, but amendments can be implemented anytime if need be.
VI.
Before you begin you need to have business object installed and configured To create Radio voice KPIs in Business Objects. Step 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Action Log in to Business Objects application Go to FileNew New report wizard will appear. Select Generate a standard Report then click Begin Specify data access. Select universe click NEXT Select a universe, Select BSDR81 Universe from the available list of universes, then finish Query panel will appear with 3 frames. a.) Classes and Objects This frame lists all the KPIs counters and Objects types b.) Result Objects This section is used to build the query c.) Conditions This section is used to build query conditions
Select Universe BSDR81, then Finish Note: Repeat this exercise for core and GPRS. Select universes as per the guidelines
Query Panel.
Drag and drop the objects from the Classes and objects into results Objects See below counters and formulas for the KPIS
