My History
Long before there was an epic obesity problem, fitness and recreation was pure fun. Healthy eating was normal. Fitness Boom fell to the dot com boom I managed sports events, symposiums, and running races, managed a health club, taught skiing, and comanaged a variety of sports and recreation events. I created a workshop called Creating Time for Fitness. As part of the first NW Womens Sports Symposium I earned a University Certificate as a Training Specialist Dreams dont die: Teach people to build a healthy lifestyle sustainable and affordable! Writing just made sense. I love to write, I know I connect with my readers, and hey the pay is great.

Chronic continued medical problems eventually result in an inability to work. Was it job stress? Was it preventable? Without health insurance, this family would be ruined.
