Protecting individuals with dementia and encouraging dementia research. These goals were adequately addressed by previous national commission or federal regulation on research.

Issues in Dementia
If this trend continues, it would seriously slow down advances in scientific knowledge at a time when research is making enormous advances toward bringing alzheimer and other dementia under control.
