I actually fell asleep a few times and had to watch it over. The film consists of a guy who drinks all day, rambling on about everything including the weather. He has a monotone voice and I believe this is intentional. Then he has the kid next door film him rambling on. Then we see the playback of the film with special effects and rambling on. The friends and neighbors arent really listening to him theyre busy getting high and joking about the one guy in the group who has a job. The most dramatic scene is between the boys mother and the mans girlfriend/wife, she supposedly said something to her child about one summer some years back and then they laugh like its an inside joke that the audience doesnt know about. The filming was very well done the sound is clear, and the editing is smooth. The content wastes these talents. Many of the players are treated like wall paper they do not relate to the audience there are no close-ups of them they are only seen in groups.
