Overview: The Training Developer is responsible for developing and delivering training in order to bridge gaps between end-user

skills and the desired training outcome. The Training Developer assists the Training Manager in assessing end-user traini ng needs and designing end-user training accordingly. Responsibilities: Develops training plans and curricula requiring a blend of instructor led, exper t led, and e-learning methodologies. Works with Sysco leaders and managers in Sales to understand training needs, req uirements, and recommendations Design and develop process-based technical training using sound instructional d esign methodology Assists in the development, communication and governance of training standards a nd methodologies Maintain embedded online help files (RoboHelp) for Sales applications Assists the Training Manager in defining SAP training environment requirements Tracks and monitors training completion; follows-up and takes corrective action as necessary Monitors training effectiveness; makes improvement recommendations and follows-u p as appropriate Generates reports on training related metrics Qualifications: Education / Experience Bachelor s degree in a related discipline- business, organization and/or industria l psych, HR. etc. 5+ years experience in developing and maintaining SAP training course curriculum s and end-user training material on large SAP implementation projects (experienc e with Sales and Distribution, CRM preferred ) 3+ years experience developing elearning modules using tools such as Adobe Prese nter, Adobe Captivate, RWD ProductivtyPak elearning module Skills Excellent instructional techniques and facilitation skills Significant functional experience with a SAP training environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills Proficient in collaboration and virtual classroom tools such as Centra, and Adob e Connect Experience building online help using RoboHelp software Proficient in developing training materials with RWD uPerform, Xyleme ,Resite or similar tool Advanced proficiency with MS Power Point skills Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
