It is the agreement that each Transdisciplinary Theme Notebook will contain the following information: Under Three Tabs: Curriculum copies of planners, lesson plans, pictures, Learner Profile artifacts, Inquiry Board post-it notes, pictures, or a log. Assessment formative assessments, summative assessments, project descriptions, rubrics, artifacts. Action pictures, post-it notes, or a log of action taken in school or at home.
