JOB PURPOSE To develop, market, promote and supervise the operation of the fitness studio and to assist the Site Manager in other health and fitness related projects. To carry out and organise fitness work programmes. Create and maintain a customer database. Ability to work on own initiative be self-motivated with the ability to make a difference. Have a high commitment to customer care and providing a quality experience. Be conversant with the latest fitness trends. To be able to work as an effective team member. Understand the needs and requirements of all age groups and adapt programmes as required. Be physically fit and be able to portray the fitness ethic. Be computer literate in word processing and data base applications. Work a 37-hour week including equal amounts of evening and weekend work.
