PARTICIPATION FEE Minimum booking of 9 sq. mtrs. under shell scheme Indian Exhibitor: @ & 6,500 per sq. mtr. + 12.36% service tax + The facilities under shell scheme will include constructed booth, fascia, 3 spot lights, two chairs, one table, one power point for a booth of 9 sq. mrs + Additional display aids and furniture can also be obtained on payment basis, Display Profile - All recognized systems of medicine, their drugs & pharmaceutical preparations + Ayurvedic Products + Machinery & Technology + Yoga & Naturopathy Products + Health Fitness Systems * Unani Products + Health Insurance + Siddha Products + Therapies - Herbal, Panchkarma ete. + Homoeopathy Products + Books & Publications * Medicinal Plants + Health Tourism * Food Supplements Application Applicants who intend to participate in the fair are requested to fill in the attached application and catalogue entry form and send it to the organisers by 10” February 2013. Allocation of stalls will be made on first-come-first served basis on receipt of complete application form along with undertaking and full rentals through Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of “Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.” Incentives to AYUSH Industry to participate in AROGYA and Fair/ Exhibitions organized by Government Organisations at National level There is a worldwide resurgence of interest in traditional medicines based on herbs and medicinal plants. ASU medicines are gaining popularity in many countries as food supplements. Therefore, in order to encourage AVUSH drug and equipment manufacturing industry and other stakeholders to participate in Regional, National Fairs / Conferences / Seminars organized/supported by the Central / State Governments, itis proposed to provide assistance to the stakeholders detailed below: The eligibility criteria for assistance to AYUSH industry for participation in fairs shall be as under: {@) Pharmaceutical companies in Government / Private Sector having GMP certificates with good range of quality products. (b) Other stakeholders like AYUSH equipment manufacturing firms / NGOs / Institutions of Yoga & Naturopathy and healthcare providers like hospitals providing and displaying healthcare facilities of AYUSH systems in the fairs. The funding patterns will be as under: The eligible organisation has to apply on the prescribed format, complete in all respects, well in advance for consideration and approval of the Project Appraisal Committee of the Department. The grant will be limited to 50% of the cost of participation in fair subject a maximum of & 1,00,000/-, The grantin-aid will be released on reimbursement basis. The cost of participation means the expenditure towards rent of space, fabrication, hiring of manpower and transport etc
