(PA) It appears that rump organizations such as: the nazi party; the communist party; Opus Dei; witches covens, and satanic cults, blackball or scapegoat certain individuals, illegally. In doing so, these organizations act as rump governments, and their actions constitute a treasonous Bill of Attainder, for which the members of these organizations can receive the Death Penalty for treason. See generally, Brown vs. United States, 276 U.S. 134, United States Supreme Court (1928). Such scapegoating also violates Universal Law, the Law of Logic, which applies to everyone, regardless of citizenship. country of origin, etc. The Law of Logic makes illegal act of fraudulent sophistry, such as, the fallacy of shifting ground and the fallacy of hypocrisy.
