Grand Librarian Valerious Valhall

Valerious passed the testing process to become a Librarian with extraordinary results. He became an exceptional Librarian, serving the dark angels 3rd company for many years. After a fallen Dark Angel on Vardar Prime slaughtered his whole squad, Valerious was accepted into the Inner Circle, and ever since, his primary goal is to hunt down the black armored traitors, who slaughtered his brothers. Valerious Valhall is especially good at interrogation, due to his unusual psychic capabilities and cynical personality. With Valerious success hunting/interrogating fallen Angels, the Inner Circle promoted him to Grand Librarian. It is now Valerious duty to offer final judgment on those considered for elevation into the inner circle. Dignity and honor, are two of the most important virtues according to Valerious. The Sword of truth is a one-handed master crafted force sword that acts as a conduit between the wielders mind and the mind/flesh of his target. However, due to Valerious supreme psychic strength, two hands are required to wield the weapon. The book of Salvation. This revered tome lists the names of all the Fallen who have been captured by the Dark Angels.
