ABI HVR60 Hammer Requirements

Our ABI HVR60 hammer requires the following criteria: A minimum 24 tonne excavator fitted with 2 way duel flow hydraulic lines. This is required so that the clamps on the hammer can close and release. Three (3) hydraulic lines in total. It requires an A (pressure) and B (return) line and a Case Drain hose (unrestricted direct into the tank, not through a filter). You will require reversible hydraulic pressure for the A and B lines, known as dual flow. This is common for all excavator mounted vibratory hammers. With out this, the hammer will not operate. Cases drain hose for the return of excess hydraulic oil from the motor. Hydraulic oil will return through the B line and through the case drain hose when operating. Hydraulic oil flow of 190 litres per min at nominal oil pressure of 30 Mpa (300bar). If your hydraulic flow rate is more than required, this will be ok, as it will return through the "B" line. We suggest adjusting your machine within these requirements. We would also require the pin size for mounting the hammer to your Excavator boom. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you
