Makati City, PhilippinesAspiring realty appraisers in the country joined PARA's first batch of the 2012 CREASAT (Comprehensive

Real Estate Appraisal Seminar and Training) at St. Giles Hotel in Makati City last March 31 in preparation for the upcoming PRC realty appraisal board exam on July 08, 2012. In coordination with PARA's provincial chapters, the CREASAT ran simultaneously in the cities of Cebu, Davao, Cagayan De Oro and Bacolod to cater the wide demand of appraisal review. The CREASAT was attended by real estate brokers, practicing appraisers, engineers and other professionals who want to take advantage of the PARA's intensive review program, taught by the most experienced appraisers in the industry, all aimed to provide full support in passing the participants' board exam. PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Comprehensive Real Estate Appraisal Seminar and Training or CREASAT is 120-hours of credit units on real estate subjects and training in preparation for the upcoming PRC licensure exams for realty appraisers on July 08, 2012. WHY ENROLL WITH PARA? Led by some of the most accomplished and knowledgeable educators in the appraisal industry, PARA became the top producer of board topnotchers, garnering 40 students in the top 10, including the #1 spot as witnessed in the July 2011 real estate appraiser board exam. REQUIREMENTS - Only Filipino citizens are eligible to take the licensure exams along with these basic requirements: - Educational attainment: A holder of a relevant bachelor's degree from a state university or college, or other educational institution duly recognized by the CHED; Of good moral character, and must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude - Training: At least 120 credit units of real estate subjects and training (CREASAT) - Exam Application Form: Submit the PRC Exam Application form at the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) office together with additional documentary requirements detailed below on or before the filing deadline on June 18, 2012. - Take the board exam on July 08, 2012 - Pass the exam with an average of at least 75% in all subjects and with no rating below 50% in any subject. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate or NSO and/or valid Philippine passport, or any other proof of citizenship, 2. Original and photocopy of transcript of records and/or diploma with scanned picture 3. Original and photocopy of NBI Clearance 4. Original and photocopy of your duly notarized PARA training certificate 5. Community tax certificate 6. Four (4) colored passport size pictures, in white background with complete nametag TRAINING SCHEDULE AND FEES PARA's traditional classroom setting allows students to exchange ideas and interact face-to-face with instructors.
