The seminar was conducted last February 7, 2013 by the very great man and who is very expert in the field on Guidance Counseling, Dr. Gary C. Dy. He discussed about the Processing Clients with Creative Technique. He first discussed the Personal Essence Concentric Model. There are four under on this which are Essence, Mental models, Attitudes and Behaviors. There are also Ten Rules for Being a Human. First you will receive a biody, You will learn lessons, There are no mistakes only lessons, Lesson is repeated until learned, There are no better place than here, Others are merely mirrors of you, What you make up your life is up to you, Your answers lie inside you, and last, A counselling: A process view. There are also three Therapeutic Functions: Remedial which is the Some and functional impairment, of Preventive helpers which are the selfanticipate and accommodate, and Enhancement which is the human potential. awareness sensitivity, and effective characteristics understanding, open-mindedness, helpers effective good psychological health, competence

objectivity,

trustworthiness, and interpersonal attractiveness. By being a good or counsellor you must have these above characteristics. You dont have to miss one characteristic for being an effective helpers to people who need our help nowadays and someday.
