Do not force your way. Converse productively and seek to understand and to be understood. Listen and not just hear. You need to agree, do not forget to play the devil's advocate at times. Differ not with bad intentions. Clarify your own intellectual honesty and build on others ideas. Try and involve each one in the discussion. Keep your and the group's discussion focussed. Think and behave like a leader.
