ABSTRACT:
Under ground pipe lines and drain pipes are usually being stopped by obstacles for water flow. There we need to break total pipe lines for removing obstacles in the pipe lines. This is cost effective to break total pipe line and to make it for water flow. Our project obstacle detection robot is used to detect the obstacle in the pipe lines. It consists of mechanical structure, measurement system, control system and CCD system. This robot is having CCD system (charged couple device). This is used for detecting the obstacle information through digital image processing. This robot will move into the pipe line in which water flow is obstructed. CCD system will give the information about obstacle in the pipe line. The robot can take CCD visual sensor and other sensors so that it can detect objections of pipe.

Zigbee is very reliable and simple communication between microcontrollers, computers, systems, really anything. Digital camera systems, incorporating a variety of chargecoupled device (CCD) detector configurations, are by far the most common image capture technology employed in modern optical microscopy. H-BRIDGE is four switches connected in H shape for moving robot in four ways.

It is used in industrial navigation purpose. It is used in house hold irrigation pipes repairing. It is used in underground irrigation lines.

CONCLUSION
Pipeline navigation robot is mainly for pipeline navigation. Main benefits of navigation robots are Cost effective, scalable and customizable. Pipeline navigation robot actually a sensor based robotic system, combines robot agent technologies with sensing. The water proof navigation robot easily done the localization and obstacle detection purposes.
