ADDENDUM TO DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2008-14 DATED AUGUST 05, 2008, RE: GUIDELINES ON THE CONDUCT OF BIDDING AND AWARDING OF CADASTRAL SURVEY 'CONTRACTS PURSUANT TO R.A. 9184

In the interest o f the service and pursuant to the provisions o f Republic Act No. 91 84, the "Government Procurement Reform Act", an additional statement under item Section 6. Bidding Observers o f DENR Administrative Order No. 2008-14 is hereby included, to be read as follows: I

"To enhance the transparency of the bidding process, the RBAC shall, in a1 stages of the bidding process, invite, in addition to the representative of the COA, at two (2) observers to sit in its proceedings x x x x." (italics provided)
This Order takes effect immediately.
