High protein Oats & Soyabean Dosa

Ingredients:Oats -350 gms Urad dal 150 gms Uluva seed 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil to smoothen the tawa Method:1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Soak soyabean for 8 hours and oats for 10 min before grinding it into a paste Grind soyabean , oats & uluva together & make a batter of pouring consistency Keep the batter for 6-8 hours for fermentation Heat a pan and grease it with little oil Pour a ladle full on the pan & spread to make Dosa , turn it after a minute & cook the other side till light brown 6) Serve hot with tomato,onion chutney or green mint chutney.
