Ans: This clock that is on the right side is a math clock it helps many people. It helps people who struggle learning math this will help them get better at math and with this clock on their wall they will get to practice even more. Another clock design that is below the math one is helpful to people who learn Spanish it will help them so people can memorize and learn their number to 12 it will help them learn Spanish even faster since its on their wall. B. How do you use recycled materials to build products? Ans: Metals Scrap metal can be recycled endlessly. Aluminum is often recycled into soft drink cans and steel is used for construction materials and automobile manufacturing.

Plastics Plastics are most commonly recycled from bottles; however, the plastic recycled from bottles is rarely used to make new bottles. Plastic is primarily recycled into consumer products and construction materials.

Glass Glass can be recycled infinitely without losing its strength; glass from windows and bottles is often re-used to make similar products.

Paper Paper can be recycled up to eight times; after that, it starts to lose its strength. Recycled paper is commonly used in newspaper and magazine printing.

C. What Mozambican-inspired designs can be found in some products? Ans: In my clock face design I am going to put the colours of Mozambique and use a Mozambican-inspired theme border around my clock. The pictures below show some products with a Mozambican-inspired theme.

This helps me use some ideas for my clock face design. D. What are the materials, techniques and skills needed to design and construct clocks? Ans: The materials usually for clocks would be metal, wood or plastic. They now use machines to construct clocks. For my clock face design I am going to use recycled materials and I am going to sow in the Mozambican theme into my clock. I am going to maybe use paint for my clock and also use coloured paper.
