SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform provides flexible systems management for an enterprise BI standard that allows administrators to confidently deploy and standardize their BI implementations on a proven, scalable, and adaptive service-oriented architecture. SAP Crystal Reports software is a powerful reporting tool that helps developers and IT professionals rapidly create flexible, feature-rich reports and tightly integrate them into Web and Windows applications. SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards software provides secure, interactive visualizations with live, refreshable data from SAP BusinessObjects sources, Excel spreadsheets, or corporate databases. These dashboards and visual models enable effective decision making while providing a live view into your business. SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence software allows users self-service access to data, reporting and analysis. Web Intelligence is an ad hoc query, reporting, and analysis tool designed to empower users with its intuitive interface allowing users to turn information into actionable insight and make better decisions in less time. SAP BusinessObjects Explorer software offers users an intuitive path to quickly search and explore data for instant insight into your business. They can get quick, easy answers to on-the-fly questions without training or IT involvement by simply entering a few keywords to search for relevant information and then intuitively exploring large volumes of data
SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for OLAP, is a Web-based client for business analysts to run multidimensional analysis of OLAP sources, and create workspaces for private or shared use. The OLAP edition replaces SAP BusinessObjects Voyager (Voyager). SAP recommends it for premium webbased analysis, since the SAP Business Explorer tool (SAP BEx Web analyzer) delivered with SAP NetWeaver Runtime is no longer a strategic direction for SAP. The long-term product direction for the OLAP edition is to converge with the SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence software and evolve into a unified analysis tool regardless of data type. SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office, is a set of add-ins for Microsoft Office (MS Office). It enables multidimensional analyses of OLAP sources in Excel, Excel workbook-based BI application design, and the creation of interactive PowerPoint presentations from OLAP sources. SAP recommends the edition for Microsoft Office for premium MS Office-based analysis, since the SAP BEx tool (SAP BEx analyzer) delivered with SAP NetWeaver Runtime is no longer a strategic direction for SAP. The long-term product direction for the edition for Microsoft Office is to converge with the SAP BusinessObjects Live Office software and evolve into a suite of BI solution for the complete MS Office suite.
