Assignment-1:
1: Marketing Plan: Choose a real or imaginary product Construct a marketing plan for your chosen product Outline each part of the marketing mix Your report must contain brief description on the following aspects: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. What product you have chosen? What packaging and appearance you decide to have and how? Who are your target customers? How and for what purpose will they use your product? What price you will charge and why? What promotional techniques will you apply and why? These should be reasonable, affordable and effective. 7. Where you intend to sell your product and do you think your potential customers will have any easy access to your product? Note: to make your report more interesting you can even go ahead and design advertisement (print and visual). Prepare a report and present your marketing plan in front of your class through a power point presentation.

Assignment-2:
2: What role web and mobile marketing play in business to business marketing? Provide examples of websites to support answers.

Assignment-3:
3: You are a purchasing agent for the government and you have been requested to speak for 10 minutes at a breakfast function. Your audience is made up of a variety of existing and potential new suppliers to the government. Write an interesting and attention grabbing speech that addresses the importance of selling to government and what influence government purchasing policies most.
(Notice: date of submission: 25th September 2012. The assignment should be typed and submitted in hard copy. All the three assignments should be submitted at a time. Hand written assignment and late submission will not be accepted.)
