1. A was born on January 18, 1973. His mother is a Filipino citizen and his father is an American citizen.

On 1996, he has been charged of Estafa before the MTC, but has been acquitted. After satisfactory completion of the prescribed law courses in a law school recognized by the government, he now applies for admission to take the bar examinations. Is he qualified? a. No. Because he is not a Filipino Citizen. b. No. Because he has been file of Estafa, a crime involving moral turpitude. c. Yes. Because he finished all the prescribed law courses from a recognized law school. Therefore, it is his right to take the bar examinations. d. Yes. Because he finished all the prescribed law courses from a recognized law school, a Filipino citizen, at least 21 years old and was not a crime involving moral turpitude.

2. Atty. X is an employee of the Office of the Solicitor General. Therefore, a. He shall not engage in private practice as a member of the bar but he may give professional advice to clients; b.
