Dear Sir/Madam, Subject: - Major Project SRM Engineering College was started in the year 1985 at Kattankulathur, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu. It has then been established as SRM University in the year 2003. The SRM University now contains all the schools and departments related to Engineering & Technology, Management and Architecture and functions in three campuses namely, Kattankulathur, Ramapuram,Vadapalani (Tamil Nadu) and Modi Nagar (UP). The University offers MBA Full Time course in all the four campuses. The University offers various specialization subjects viz Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, operations and System. To provide practical input, each student of MBA program is deputed to well-known business organization for major project for a period of 8 weeks from 1st March 2013 to 26th April 2013. During the period of project, the student will report and work under the supervision of Industry mentor. Besides, the University will also assign a Faculty Mentor for the student. The team consisting of Industry Mentor, Faculty Mentor and project student can work in unison on the problems faced by the organization.
