Banoffee Pancakes

Ingredients For Pancakes: 175 ml milk 60 g plain flour 1 medium egg Pinch of salt Oil, for frying Ingredients For The Filling: 4 bananas, peeled and sliced 125 g caster sugar 60 g butter 142 ml double cream 4 tbsp golden syrup [Source: Good To Know] How To make: 1. Make the pancakes: Sift flour into a bowl, add salt. Stir well, then add eggs and milk. Whisking until the batter is smooth. 2. Heat a frying pan, basting with a little oil. Pour a thin layer of pancake batter, cook until done both sides. Lift. Repeat until all dough is finished pancakes. 3. Make the filling: In a pan, melt butter and add sugar, golden syrup and a little water. Stir until the sugar melts. Allow to boil for several minutes without stirring until mixture changes color to gold. 4. Remove the sugar mixture from heat, add cream, stirring until mixture becomes smooth. 5. Return the pan over the fire, add sliced banana, banana didhkan until softened. 6. Place the bananas on the pancakes, fold the pancakes and serve.

Enter the potato mixture into the refrigerator for 20 minutes, after that make a croquette. 6. Beat the egg whites with a fork. Dip croquettes into the egg whites, then roll in bread crumbs. 7. In a skillet, heat the oil a lot. Fry croquettes until golden.
