Ingredients: 4 ripe peaches 1 tablespoon citrus cordial Juice of 1 lime Crushed ice 300 ml lemonade
Methods: Immerse the peaches in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Refresh in cold water and peel off the skins. Hence, stone and roughly chop the flesh.
Place the peaches, cordial and lime juice in a food processor or blender and process to a smooth puree. Half fill 4 glasses with crushed ice, add the peach puree and top up with lemonade.
