Final Comments/Suggestions for Candidate: Ms Ward conducted herself in a professional manner. She observed, got to know the student's names, asked questions, and when she felt comfortable, she planned for and presented her lesson to a small group successfully. Ms Ward showed she is emerging as a teacher in a positive direction. Ms Ward was a pleasure to have in my classroom.
