INTRODUCTION TO CSR
The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility was first mentioned 1953 in the publication Social Responsibilities of the Businessman by William J. Bowen. However, the term CSR became only popular in the 1990s, when the German Betapharm, a generic pharmaceutical company decided to implement CSR.
Kherwadi Social Welfare Association started the Yuva Parivartan (YP) Movement in 1998 under the leadership of Mr. Kishor Kher and Mrs. Mrinalini Kher to cater to the unmotivated school dropouts and make them economically independent through vocational training. The movement was formally launched in February 2003 by the then President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

11. CONCLUSION
We would like to conclude that we have successfully achieved all our given objectives. We got a good experience by working in the NGO. We were able to apply our managerial skills which we learnt in institute as theoretically. We also learnt how to tackle with subordinates, how to work in group, etc... . This all learning will be helpful in our future life while working in organisation.
