Eligible LEAs may also propose activities that address violence and related issues in schools in the LEA that are at risk of becoming persistently dangerous based on objective criteria under the state's definition of persistently dangerous, and systemwide activities that would prevent other schools operated by the LEA from being identified as persistently dangerous in the future.
