Cacao Production and Management Training in Butuan City New Opportunity for us!

The seminar/orientation was given by Mr. Peter Cruz of Mars Cocoa Development Center and at the same time CIDAMi project manager orient them the CIDAMI as an organization whose main intention is link the cocoa industry stakeholders for sustainable growth. CIDAMI is support by ACDI/VOCA with the support coming from the United State Department Agriculture ( USDA) These government representative send by their officers for them know something more on cocoa nursery establishment and farm management. It is their goal to establish cocoa farming in Agusan Del Sur. The Butuan City Government headed my Hon. Fedinamd M. Amante, JR., M.D. also approved the initiative of planting cocoa clones. Representative from the Region and Provincial Agriculture of Agusan Del Norte is looking forward to reach out more people for cocoa industry in the near future.
