of Madhya Pradesh State Institute of Agriculture Extension and Training (SIAET) Barkhedi Kalan, Bhadbhada Road, Bhopal EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Govt. of Madhya Pradesh is supporting various agriculture extension programmes in the State to disseminate information & technology from laboratory to field under the Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) NFSM and RKVY program. The State seeks long term partnership with individuals/ NGOs/ Institutions/ private organizations having expertise in the development of Audio and Audio-Visual content for Broadcast & Telecast services. Services to be provided (content focused on agriculture technology transfer) 1- Radio content of 10 minutes/20 minutes 2- Short TV films of 5 minutes/10 minutes Qualification process: 1. Interested parties may submit their proposals in three envelopes before 10th October. Envelope 1: containing detailed institutional profile, list of resource persons, previous experience, list of earlier projects undertaken directly related to agriculture, current projects and copy of last audited balance sheet. Envelope 2: containing outline list of ideas/scripts proposed to be offered on radio/TV format (this will be a brief summary of ideas that are sought to be recorded/filmed) Envelope 3: containing financial quote for preparing each module of radio/TV as described above. 2. A technical committee appointed by Chairman, SIAET will screen received proposals and may also ask bidders to make detailed presentations. The decision of the committee shall be final and not open to challenge. 3. Selected entries will be provided financial support for preparation.
