When we say validity is the referring to appropriateness, correctness, meaningfulness and usefulness of specific conclusions that teacher reaches regarding the teaching learning situation. The content and format of the instrument that we use is the content-validity. Reliability is simply the consistency of the assessment. Fairness is talk about the fair procedures of the assessment both students and teachers.
