The program includes:

An 18 months structured program Three placements of six months within different areas of the business Experience of working within managerial operational roles Support from new and experienced colleagues Fast paced sites and environments A framework of personal development modules focusing on management skills Regular performance feedback and personal development planning tailored towards the individuals needs Early responsibility and fast progression to management roles Opportunities to support community and environmental projects

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Financial Sciences
