Management Plan
Teaching Style: No-nonsense kind of teacher. Interactive classroom with times for discussion, group work, and collaborative learning. Philosophy of Education: My educational philosophy is that as their teacher when I do all I can to give my students a proper chance to learn if they decide to take it they will excel no matter their background, past experiences, or linguistic ability. Rules/ Expectations: Set behavior standards and expectations high in your class from the first day. Student create the definition of rules is to create an atmosphere of collaborative learning. Responses to Misbehavior: Hierarchy of Consequences Warning with expectation reminder Individual talk with the teacher Student removed from the situation Call to the guardian, either immediately or after school. Sent to the administration Creating a Respectful, Supportive Learning Environment: Students feel respected, valued, listened to, and supported. Teacher will follow the rules that the class created together. Promoting Safety and Wellness: Communication on respecting one anothers physical and emotional wellbeing Follow school and district policies on how teachers are to respond to disruptive and violent behavior.
