Dear Mr. Fulghum: RE: OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT Buds Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is pleased to offer you the electrician position for our organization. We are excited about the potential that you bring to our company. You will be working in the service department and you will report directly to Joe Hendrix, Service Manager. You will be classified as a non-exempt employee. Your initial compensation package includes a guarantee of 40 hours per week at ($27.00) per hour, (payable weekly) and you will also accrue 3.6 additional hours weekly of leave time (payable weekly). You will also be furnished with a cell phone, gas card, a company vehicle and uniforms (to be returned upon voluntary or involuntary separation of employment.). Upon acceptance of this offer, you will be given a $500.00 sign-on bonus. You will be required to refund this bonus to Buds Plumbing, Heating and Air if employment ends prior to your completion of twelve months of service. In accepting our offer of employment, you certify your understanding that your employment will be (an at will basis or contract basis).
