Sir/Madam, It is our pleasure to bring to your kind notice that a QUIZ COMPETITION BATTLE OF BRAINS is being organised by KALPAVRIKSHA ,a group of enthusiastic professionals & educated mothers who basically aim to inculcate competitive zeal and enhance the knowledge base amongst the students. This will be organised under the Aegis of Indian Medical Association and Obstetric & Gynaecological society of Kashipur with the full support and encouragement from ROTARY club and LION'S club as well. The theme of our quiz is INDIA : FROM THE FIRST CALL OF INDEPENDENCE (1857) TILL NOW. This quiz will involve two days for conducting two rounds and selecting the final winners The preliminary round will be MCQ based and the final round will be an OPEN round. Students will be divided into two group according to their age, group I from class V-VII ( 10-12yrs) and group II from class VIII-X ( 13 -15 yrs ) . ROUND I : Time /Date = 10:00 am onwards , Sunday 12th August 2012 Venue = Guru Nanak Girls Inter College ,Kashipur ROUND II : Time /Date = 4 pm onwards , Wednesday 15th August 2012 Venue = Utsav Garden Hall ,Ramnagar road Kashipur We are enclosing the registration forms, the participants list, a sheet defining the rules and format along with the syllabus for both the groups. Once the registrations are confirmed and enlisted, kindly attach the collected counterfoils along with the final participants list .The cost of each registration form is Rs 100/- .Students are requested to bring the registration form attested by the head of the institution as admission ticket on the day of the quiz.The last date of submission of the form is 01/08/2012. We request the school authority to kindly depute a coordinator and provide his/her contact number to us for maintaining further communications. Kindly encourage us in our endeavour by taking personal interest in it.
