After Five years of hotel schooling I have been qualified for a Diploma of hotel school for practical and theory of cookery in Srilanka, In 1991 after i was awarded a gold medal for artistic pastry showpiece I was appointed as pastry chef commis grade, in Meridian Colombo. My qualifications have been recognized by the TRA Australia To grant my Family with the Certificate of Citizenship in Aus. Since i migrate to Aus i worked for Furgusons With Bill From 1992 to

    I am kindly requesting a reference letter from your company to fulfill the requirement for the appointment of pastry chef in a Five star hotel in Srilanka, Where i have already been to the interview and Could not submit the experiance gained in Australia. After Five years of hotel schooling I have been qualified for a Diploma of hotel school for practical and theory of cookery in Srilanka, In 1991 after i was awarded a gold medal for artistic pastry showpiece I was appointed as pastry chef commis grade, in Meridian Colombo.     Since i migrate to Aus i worked for Furgusons With Bill From 1992 August to 2007 after i join with Mike & Steve until 2009 February. This particular period Which is 15 years of time is very important to me. When I Apply for a job in srilanka They deeply concern about My experience for a good appointment in the hotel industry.Because Bill and chris has no longer facilities to give me a reference for the period i work for them i am kindly requesting Mike & steve to send me a reference including the information mention below.
