The secret of clenching the fist: is to clench the fist just before the impact.
And to double the impact, don’t just throw punches because of trying to
reach the target, but also by putting the energy from your whole body behind
every punch of yours, especially the whole waist, which is a large axis.
And to triple the impact, use the vertical fist with the fist facing the floor
slightly down then to straighten it just before the impact.
In stepping to the opponent, move your hand first before the sudden move
done by your feet.
And the art of taking punches at your face is by absorbing the impact.
Don’t brake the movement by tensing the antagonistic muscle. Contract only
the sinergetic muscle. And what I feel is that the inner forearm is an
antagonistic muscle, so relax it. While the outer one is the opposite, this is
not suppose to be tense, just contract it.
