Research outcomes 1. Use of polymerase chain reaction to detect cry genes in
Bacillus thuringiensis of Thai isolates with efficiency
- Field trial and farmer field application in controlling coleopteran and dipteran insect pest.
- Technology transfer of Bt application to farmers. 2. Exclusion of Bacillus thuringiensis producing exotoxin by
PCR.
