APPLE ALMOND POUND CAKE

INGREDIENTS 1 LB butter 2 cup sugar 2 cup ground almond 3 cup flour 2 cup grated apple 1 cup orange lemon peel 10 eggs 2 tea spoon baking powder tea spoon salt PROCEDURE Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Sieve flour, ground almond, salt and baking powder together. Add one egg at a time to creamed butter mix. Add grated apples and lemon orange peel to the mix. Add sieved ingredients to the butter mix and pour into lined or greased baking tin. Bake at 300 F for about 45 to 60 minutes.(baking time depends upon the thickness of the cake mix into the baking tin. 7. Let it cool down and cut as per requirement and serve.
