Complete the tables below in thorough detail. Remember to get higher marks explain how the feature is linked to the audience and purpose you have identified. TIP: Re-read the assessment criteria to help you decide the features to analyse. Task 2a - POSITIVE FEATURES
FEATURE (P) EXPLAIN WHY THIS FEATURE IS A POSITIVE Remember to consider the audience and purpose of the Video. (M/D)

sound

It was to blend in with the theme so it gives people inspiration to want to go to your gym and that it was a remix of another song so it would catch peoples attention

Length of clip it was good for its length because adverts are about 30 to 50 seconds long so it was in the limit and that it didnt bore people as it was quick

Text

It was clear enough to read so the audience could read the information given to them and absorb it so they can think about wanting to come to the fitness first

quality

The quality was alright for a homemade video advertisement as many try to make their own adverts and completely fail at making it as it takes good time and effort to do one and as you can see this has been given a lot of effort

Name: TASK 2b Negative Features

Form:

FEATURE (P)

EXPLAIN WHY THIS FEATURE IS A NEGATIVE Remember to consider the audience and purpose of the Video. (M/D)

Sound

The sound wasnt great because it didnt fit it the theme and that the music didnt really match the actual fitness first theme as it doesnt seem like as if they own the right to put the song on their advertisement the video has no moving images as this would be displayed as a TV advertisement as it would attract TV channels to display this as an advertisement and if they did they would ask for a lot of money

moving images

Animation

There arent no animations so this wouldnt get a lot of attention by the audience and the media wouldnt accept this as you would offer them a low price for displaying it instead they can get hundreds off a larger company Each scene was quite fast and wasnt easy to read all the information provided was fast and unreadable but not blurry
