    AMS Design Lab Problems (1) Design and simulate (in S-Edit) the current-mirror load differential amplifier

    to satisfy the following specifications. Assume the channel length is to be 1m. VDD=-VSS=2.5 V, SR>10 V/s (CL=5pF), f-3dB> 100 kHz, Av>100 V/V, -1.5V<ICMR<2 V, and Pdiss< 1mW. Plot results in W-Edit. Graphical Results must meet the given specifications. (2) Design and simulate (in S-Edit) an amplifier similar to that shown in Fig. Below that meets the following specifications. Assume the channel length is to be 1m.
