VILLAGE COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT AND BY-LAWS AS PROPOSED FEBRUARY 3, 2000 MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of Lagrange Village Council (LVC), an independent arm of the Lagrange Development Corporation, is to work in close cooperation for the promotion of our goals to make the Village neighborhoods socially, economically and politically stronger. The Lagrange Village Council is composed of individuals living within the Lagrange Trade Area who are committed to encouraging residents, businesses and government to be more responsive to the needs of the Lagrange-Central neighborhoods. The boundaries of this neighborhood include Cherry Street, I-75, I-280 and Bancroft Street.
