According to Northouse (2001),It is essentail that you,as managers, learn the following qualities of transformational leaders, 1- empowers followers to do what is best for the organization; 2- is a strong role model with high values; 3- creates a vision, using people in the organization; 4- acts as a change agent within the organization by setting an example of how to initiate and implement change; 5- helps the organization by helping others contribute to the organization.
