Job Description

Position Title: Assistant Manager Roaming Reporting to: Manager Cash Bank, AR and Roaming Division: Telenor Shared Services Pakistan Position Purpose Telenor Shared Services Pakistan (TSS Pakistan) is off shore service centre of TSS Norway. The objective of setting up this company is to strengthen global synergies in shared services, processes standardization and centralization of operations, service delivery industrialization by leveraging labour arbitrage. TSS Pakistan is providing off shoring services to TSS Norway and other Business Units within Telenor Group broadly in the areas of IT development, IT support services, Finance & Accounting transactional services and Customer management services. The Team Lead will be an individual who will be responsible for service delivery of accounting and reporting services in Roaming domain to various local and foreign TSS customers. The Teal Lead, furthermore, will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 individuals doing operational tasks. Experience

Atleast 4 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities Managing core roaming accounting functions for TSS customers Responsible to develop, maintain and implement accounting practices and quality control Ensure that accounting systems, processes and reports comply with international accounting and internal control framework Ensure compliance with SLAs with end customers Run daily operations relating to roaming Ensure all targets and KPIs are met to secure the set goals Responsible for high motivation level of the staff Responsible for high competency/skill level of staff Responsible for developing the culture within the team aligned with companys culture
