Hawai`i Student Housing, Waikiki, HI, September 2008- June 2009 On-call, desk hours, dealing with issues that arise in a college dorm such as breaking up parties, doing rounds throughout the building when on shift to ensure residents safety. Received phone calls at all hours, helped train and support less experienced RAs, and kept an organized schedule. Responsible for organizing interesting and popular events every semester and maintaining a friendly living situation for the residents as well as staff.
