Abstract College-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in Japan starts early and has flexible
patterns and various projects. The government constructs platforms for the cooperation laying down laws and
regulations specifying the responsibilities and obligations on the parts of government, enterprises and colleges
respectively and offering a series of financial incentive policies. All of these give inspirations to the collegeenterprise cooperation of China.
