I have known Carlos personally for over five years, and have always known him to be an organized, responsible, and easy going person; he is very enthusiastic and dynamic when he talk about teaching. When I met Carlos Alvarez, he had just come to Australia to study English to get the right level to join the university to do a Masters in education. During the time I have known him, Carlos Alvarez has been active in our multicultural community, participating in cultural and social activities with a Colombia group of Colombian Folklore.
