Including IDC and F.C. at F.E. rate of Rs.49.0/US$. ** State govt. have revoked the authorisation u/s 18 A given to M/s GPC and authorised WBPDCL to establish, own, operate and maintain the Gouripore TPS. WBPDCL had submitted a project profile for a capacity of 2x125 MW in 6/01, which was returned on 8.9.01. WBPDCL have however intimated vide lr. Dt.9.10.01, that the proposal has to be dropped as per the present stringent norms of West Bengal Pollution Control Board in regard to environmental aspect.
