    (1) Create a New Customer
    Android users now have the ability to create a new customer while mobile. When assigning a customer to a work order, press the menu button on the mobile device to bring up a pop-up menu with a Create New Customer option. Once the New Customer is added, users will be taken back to the original work order screen.

    (2) Alert Notifications


    WTSM/IFSM Android users will now be notified of alerts at the top of their mobile device without having to be directly inside the WTSM/IFSM application. However, to receive alert notifications, users remain logged into the WTSM/IFSM app.
