Soviet Navy
I do not have any definitive information on the paint used by the Soviet navy. From scattered sources it appears they used several shades of gray. Close candidate colors would likely be 900 (French Mirage Blue), 903 (Intermediate Blue), 991 (Dark Sea Gray), or 992 (Neutral Grey). But these are just guesses.

Mix 2:1 Mix 3:1 Close Close Mix 1:1 Alternate Linoleum color without red tint Alternate Linoleum color lighter tone
Standard for IJN: Pick your Naval arsenal! Destroyers were usually Maizuru. Other ships were often interchanged among the other three, but Kure seems to be the most common. Destroyers and Cruisers had Linoleum decks.

Orangey Tan - (matches Testor's 'Deck Tan') Medium Brown to use as a wash Medium-Dark Brown to use as a wash
* GC = Game Color, PA = Panzer Aces. Note: All Model Color numbers start with '70' as in '70990' for light grey. Game Color numbers start with '72' as in 72047 for Wolf gray. ** Exact match (or so close I can't tell the difference) *** I have yet to find a 'perfect' color scheme for wooden decking on a miniature. But these are the best colors I have found. You should experiment for a 'look' that pleases you. My current favorite wooden deck scheme is a base coat of Iraqi Sand (819) followed by a wash of Desert Yellow (977). For the wash use a very fine brush and make very short strokes in the direction of the planking. Then do the same thing with a wash of Brown Sand (876) again with very short strokes.
