MC TNS SERVICING GUIDELINES

AIESEC Norway has a standard for the LC servicing of the MC national TNs, which you can nd in this document.

LC responsibilities
1. Have one and one only intern responsible per intern 2. Stay in touch with and prepare the intern before arrival. 3. Meet and greet on arrival 4. Provide a care package on arrival, with necessities for the first days in Norway, such as phone card, soap and a city map. 5. Help the EP solve practical issues the first week or two in Norway (police meeting, bank account, social welfare, public transportation card) 6. Social activity/welcome event within the first week of arrival 7. Involve interns in LC-events, one social event minimum per month. 8. Have one Norwegian Night during the internship, to present Norway, our culture and give the interns a chance to get to know more Norwegians. 9. Good bye party for each intern at the end.

MC Responsibilities
1. Track the TN responsible in each LC to make sure responsibilities are met 2. Approve raised, matched and realized TN status on myaiesec.net 3. In Oslo: book student apartments at Anker Student Housing 4. Act as TN manager and communicate with TN takers if they were raised by the MC 5. Support LCs in each step from raising to realization, always be available. 6. When LCs service an MC TN: continue to be the account manager for the partner, and make sure that the servicing LC has the best possible understanding and knowledge about the specific TN to do good servicing 7. First day at work: go together with intern, and have an expectation meeting with intern + company 9. Have an evaluation meeting with the company + intern week 6 after work start. Focus on professional and personal development and see if thing are going according to plan.
